I have been using this kit for the last three years and would take in every six months or when my weight got near 190 kilograms. I stand around 5’11” and I maintain my weight around 170. You’ll lose weight if you follow the instructions within the package. I usually lose around 10-15 pounds and I could feel my energy levels are increasing. To sum it up, I’ve never been feeling much better! But at the start of taking in the cleansing product, I usually go off without any sugar that’s why I always encounter a severe headache. It might be a lot worse for guys out there who are addicted to coffee or any kind of caffeinated products. Aside from that the shake tastes much better without any ice cream or any regular goodies right before starting.

Actually, we’ve been using this kind of program before they made some modifications. Nevertheless, the new recipes for dressings and smoothies tastes good! My favorite dressing is the balsamic vinegar and I love to use Udo’s Choice oil with our shakes rather than Flax because it has more nutrients.

On the process of my cleansing, I usually eat a lot of veggies and brown rice. To make it more efficient and easy, I use food processor to do all the job of cutting tons of veggies and later to make a salad and eat it with brown rice. Using a rice cooker to cook around 6 cups of brown every three days during the cleansing process.

I’m in my mid thirties and of good health. But inevitably my weight’s adding up to 20-30 pounds. The cleansing product kit has its loads of information and instructions that are easy to follow. Aside from that it has a “What next” section that will guide you to maintain your track and either continue losing weight if needed.
